Cancellation Policy
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect my ability to serve other customers:
1. 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule online. (I know life happens; please reach out if you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment and I will do my best to work with you.)
2. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will have to prepay to book the next service. If you no-show three times, you will not be able to book another appointment.
